I was looking forward to your flag to replace an 1814 one that is fading. Your flag HAD BEEN DELIVERED but never reached my mail box. The post office is known to put mail into the wrong mail boxes.
I was told by the Post Office they can use GPS to check delivery, so I filed a claim. But I have yet to heard back. Plus I don't know how GPS helps since there are multiple boxes next to mine.
Sorry can't give you better mews. Don't send a new one. It's USPO's management job to follow up after filing a claim, which was around a week ago, maybe more.
