3 of 5 I still have not received it. Post Office lost it September 3, 2024

I was looking forward to your flag to replace an 1814 one that is fading.  Your flag HAD BEEN DELIVERED but never reached my mail box.  
The post office is known to put mail into the wrong mail boxes.  

I was told by the Post Office they can use GPS to check delivery, so I filed a claim.  But I have yet to heard back.  Plus I don't know how GPS helps since there are multiple boxes next to mine.  

Sorry can't give you better mews.  Don't send a new one.  It's USPO's management job to follow up after filing a claim, which was around a week ago, maybe more.

This is best made flag for brutal Texas summers.  Lasted 2 years flying 24/7.  Happy to replace with same one so the flag is to flat with extreme dignity-wish more people did!

These are the best flags for the money that I have found.  The colors are bright and they are fabricated well.  Also, they are made in the United States.  Why would you want to purchase an American flag made in China.  That is just wrong.

Very pleased with it's appearance and how well it was made, I live in a fairly windy area but I feel it will last for a long time. I also bought a Ukrainian Flag to fly under my US Flag to support the Ukraine also very pleased with it's  appearance and how it was made.

When we looked at the FlagFactory flag next to the one we were retiring, there was no comparison!!!  The FlagFactory flag is SO MUCH better made!!!  Have gotten lots of comments on it, hanging in front of our house!
