I ordered the 12 x 18 Thin Blue Line Flags for Police Memorial Week in May. A local embroidery shop embroiders the badge numbers of the officers that passed while still actively employed with the Winthrop Police Department. The flags I purchased are sewn and made of a durable weatherproof nylon that will withstand the elements at the graveside
